Hulk Hogan was in the podcast of Logan Paul where he spoke about a lot of things. The former WWE Superstar claimed that the Wrestling fans are forgiving. He made a controversial statement by saying that the fans have forgiven Chris Benoit for the 'crap' he did. He felt despite the crimes of Benoit, the fans still loved him to date.
Hulk Hogan claimed that he himself made many mistakes and added that the fans forgave him as well. "Wrestling fans are very forgiving, you know. If Chris Benoit can do the crap he did and the fans still love him... they are very forgiving. I've made some major mistakes in my personal life. They are very forgiving. They forgive you," said the WWE Hall of Famer in the podcast.

Hulk's statement has bagged mixed opinions from the fans. While many believed that all the fans had not forgiven him for what he did with his child and wife, others believed Chris might have been forgiven. While some fans said judging Benoit as a wrestler based on his personal life wasn't ideal, others felt it was the way to go with the former WWE Superstar.

In the podcast with Logan Paul, Hulk discussed a lot of things. However, his statement regarding Chris caught the attention of the fans. Benoit was a great in-ring performer. However, his life outside WWE was terrible. He blackmailed his child and wife and ended up killing them. Eventually, the former world champion killed himself. The fans have neither forgiven nor forgotten his act against the family members.
The WWE universe has always tried to distance Benoit from it as much as possible. There has not been any kind of address from the official handles since he was caught for his crime. However, some fans still appreciate him for the wrestler he was. It could be the reason behind Hulk claiming that the fans are forgiving, while it might not be the truth.
