At this point, it is nearly certain that Cena would lose his last match. In Gunther's promo against Cena, he has stressed the aim to make Cena give up. Hence, it is possible that the result of the match is already in his favor. The only interesting part would be to see how the match ends.

It makes a good story for the fans to see whether Cena would give up in his last match. There is a likelihood of Cena getting pinned by Gunther, which would not disappoint the fans a lot. However, John might himself push for a bigger win for the 2-time world champion.
Will John Cena finally give up against Gunther?
The 17-time world champion has tapped out only against three wrestlers in his career - Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, and Kurt Angle. Since becoming the world champion in 2005, he has never tapped out to anyone. His gimmick of never giving up has remained intact since then.

For Gunther to have the honor of changing it would mean probably the biggest push of his career, which would be more helpful for his career than his IC Title run and two world title reigns. Cena might himself push for it and put the Ring General over in that way to bid adieu as an active wrestler.
