How Liv Morgan singlehandedly became responsible for Judgement Day's implosion?

Liv Morgan singlehandedly became responsible for the implosion of Judgement Day. Her past with Rhea Ripley and her present situation in Dirty Dom led to her destroying the faction. It was Mami who took about a year of Liv's career by injuring her. To avenge it, Moragan promised a revenge tour to take everything away from Mami.

Liv Morgan was indeed successful in taking everything away from Rhea except Damian Priest. Everything started on Raw after WrestleMania where Morgan took Rhea out. It damaged Mami's shoulders and took three months of her career away. It forced Mami to vacate her world title. The first mission of Morgan was accomplished.

Her next focus was to take Dirty Dom away from Mami. Rhea was away from action, and Liv took advantage of it and got closer to Dom. In the process, Liv ended up beating Becky Lynch to win the Women's World Championship held by Mami for over a year. In her absence, Liv got closer to Dom and nearly got him in her grasp.

Liv Morgan stages Finn Balor and Dirty Dom against Damian Priest and Mami

She recognized a way to become responsible for the faction's implosion. It was to get into the head of Finn Balor. Liv gained Balor's confidence by helping him regain the tag team title along with JD McDonagh. When Priest started to get away from Finn's hands, Liv Morgan plotted the seeds of doubts in the heads of everyone in the faction about his priorities. 

With every passing day, Damian kept saying that he did not need the help of anyone to defend the title. Balor felt Damian was a changed man. It led to him to backstab Damian at SummerSlam to cost him the title. On the other hand, Liv helped Dom achieve things Rhea couldn't, leading him to betray Mami at SummerSlam marking the end of the faction.
