Despite not being an active wrestler in WWE, The Rock has been making money through different sources. Despite showing up only on Bad Blood 2024, 3 weekly shows in 2025, and the Elimination Chamber 2025, the Great One has been earning revenue. As per the reports, the Final Boss has $900k in TKO royalties and $2.6M in travel reimbursements.

The Rock has multiple roles in WWE. He is not just a wrestler anymore, but also has stakes in the TKO board, which hosts multiple Sports and Sports Entertainment brands like UFC, apart from WWE. The Final Boss is one of the directors of the TKO board, which makes him one of his kind.

It was the story used to try and threaten Cody Rhodes on his way to WrestleMania XL. His stakes in TKO are highly valuable, as The Rock makes money just by royalties. As per the reports, he makes $900k in TKO royalties. Additionally, the Bloodline member makes $2.6M in travel reimbursements.

The Rock's appearances since the WrestleMania XL weekend

The Rock is not an active WWE Superstar for a long time. His last official match in the company was on Night 1 of WrestleMania XL, where he teamed up with Roman Reigns and took on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. He pinned Cody to claim a win for himself and the OTC.

Since then, the star wrestler has shown up on only 5 instances in WWE. He returned at the Bad Blood 2024 and came up with a 3-finger message, which has been a talk of the town even today. He then showed up on WWE Raw's Netflix Premiere and oversaw the match between Roman and Solo Sikoa.

The Final Boss showed up on WWE NXT's CW Premiere the following night. A few weeks after the Royal Rumble, The People's Champ showed up on WWE Smackdown and asked Cody to sell his soul. At the Elimination Chamber, he showed up and asked for Rhodes' reply, only to join forces with John Cena.
