A Grand Slam Champion in WWE is the one to have won all the world titles, the tag team titles, and the mid-card titles present in the roster at the time. On the November 10, 2025, episode of WWE Raw, John Cena became the 28th Grand Slam Champion in the Stamford-based promotion.
Cena beat Dominik Mysterio to become the Intercontinental Champion, making him the Grand Slam Champion in the process. Before doing so, he was a world champion for 17 times in the promotion, the most for a wrestler. His first world title win came in 2005 at WrestleMania against JBL.

A year before that, he beat The Big Show at WrestleMania to clinch the United States Championship. He also won the tag team titles in multiple instances. However, the IC Title was the only belt that eluded him from the elite league, which he won in November 2025.

In the Women's division, Bayley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Asuka, Sasha Banks, and Rhea Ripley have been the Grand Slam Champions. Apart from The Man, others haven't been mid-card champions, as they did not exist at the time they won the titles.
