Hikuleo set to sign with WWE: Reports

The Samoans of pro wrestling and The Anoa'i Family had held court at the top of the profession before The Bloodline's formal formation in July 2021. Another generational talent and multiple champions has just joined the organization. 

Since Roman Reigns departed The Bloodline for a break after WrestleMania XL, Solo Sikoa has become the helm of the gang on SmackDown. At the moment, Solo, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu are members of the faction. There have been reports of further Bloodline members joining the gang, and it has recently been confirmed that Hikuleo would eventually make his way to World Wrestling Entertainment.

This week, backstage sources verified the signing—which was mostly anticipated given that Tonga and Loa had joined the Stamford-based organization. As of this writing, however, no more information on his contract with the firm has been made public.

According to reports, Hikuleo has finally joined World Wrestling Entertainment following months of conjecture and rumors. On SmackDown, the former NJPW star is anticipated to team up with his brothers in The Bloodline.

WWE has applied to trademark the moniker "Talla Tonga." Though it hasn't been verified, it's thought that Hikuleo would go by this new ring moniker on SmackDown. Taula is the 6-foot-8 grappler's true middle name; the name change would be in line with the approach the corporation used with one of his siblings.

Hikuelo NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship to El Phantasmo

Since losing the NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship to El Phantasmo on June 9 at Dominion, Hikuleo has not competed in any wrestling matches. It is unclear how he will be included in The Bloodline Saga and whether he will make his debut before SummerSlam.

Roman Reigns is rumored to be making a quick comeback to WWE, therefore it appears like The Bloodline tale will advance quickly. But which side is he on, to borrow Bobby "The Brain" Heenan's classic words?
