Gunther calls Damian Priest 'street trash', El Campeon gives back with win against Braun Strowman on WWE Raw

Gunther was taught a lesson by Damian Priest on Raw. During their faceoff on the red brand, the Ring General termed Priest to be a 'street trash'. As Damian was ready to fight the King General, in came Braun Strowman who had a match scheduled to take place against the world champion. Damian not just beat Braun, but also ensured Gunther was taught a lesson.

Damian and Gunther went back and forth on Raw. Priest entered the arena and wasted no time to welcome the King General to the ring. The former Intercontinental Champion claimed that Damian has been carrying the title and Raw for the last few months. He then claimed to have made an assessment of Damian's title reign. He made a massive statement that didn't go well Priest. 

The Imperium member claimed Damian was not a good champion. He felt there haven't been good matches or feuds in his title reign. Damian said he earned the title after all the sufferings in his life. Gunther claimed WWE came up to him and offered a contract. That was when Priest said that Gunther didn't know anything about struggles, as he didn't have a heart. 

Damian Priest beats Braun Strowman on Raw

Priest regarded Gunther to be privileged, business minded, s*umbag. The Ring General replied saying that Damian was nothing but a 'street trash'. Damian wanted to teach Gunther a lesson. But he had a match against Strowman. As Gunther walked out of the arena, the match took place between Braun and Damian. El Campeon targeted the injured knee of Braun Strowman for the rest of the match. 

While not many believed Damian to pull off incredible stuffs, the world champion beat Braun by delivering a South of Heaven Choke slam. In came Gunther and delivered a vicious chop to the champion. Damian replied by attacking the world champion. He had the last laugh in the night and hoped to defend the title at SummerSlam.
