Former architect and the visionary re-signs contract with WWE

Seth Rollins has re-signed his contract with WWE. The former architect was retained by Monday Night Raw during WWE Draft 2024. The move confirmed the fact that Rollins is staying in WWE. There were doubts regarding the future of Rollins in WWE as his contract had come to an end. In the last few weeks, Seth was in WWE as a free agent.

WWE has made an effort to retain the visionary in the company. The Superstars like Rollins are a valuable resource to the company. Despite having a torn meniscus, Rollins was the MVP of WrestleMania XL. On Night One, the revolutionary took on the mighty duo of The Rock and Roman Reigns. During the match, his knee pain resurfaced and he was visibly struggling in the arena. 

Cody Rhodes and Seth lost the match on Night One which led to an epic Night Two. The second night of WrestleMania XL started with the World Heavyweight Championship defense from Rollins against Drew McIntyre. Despite the injured knee and a painful neck, Rollins delivered a good match. While Drew won the match and became the new World Heavyweight Champion, Damian Priest cashed in to claim the title.

Seth Rollins to turn heel again?

In the main event of Night Two, Rollins made an appearance with the entrance song of 'The Shield' and tried to assist Rhodes. However, Reigns delivered a superman punch and smashed him with a steel chair. The mission of the visionary was successful as he distracted Roman from Cody. The American Nightmare won his maiden World title to finish the story. Since then, Seth has not been in action.

The fans are already missing the revolutionary on Monday Night Raw. While he is likely to return in about 3 months, the fans wish to see him as a heel. While Seth's reign as a baby face was brilliant, the fans feel that watching Rollins as a heel is a treat. And it might be true as well, given the charisma of Seth as a heel. Will he listen to the fans? Will be interesting to see.
