Seth Rollins' Monday Night Messiah character dominated WWE television for a while, although the concept was reportedly lifted from another Superstar. Elias, who was let go from WWE last year, believes the organization stole one of his concepts. He was always contemplating ways to develop his persona. He was very thrilled with the "Monday Night Messiah."

According to Sescoops, “There was a character that I really thought could have been incredible myself, it was the Monday Night Messiah. And if you realize, Seth Rollins and AOP ended up – for lack of better terms, they just gave it to those guys."

"I had a real vision of me being the Pied Piper of Monday Night Raw and controlling people, with kind of a cult-like leader. The biblical themes and things like that, I always love that Messiah stuff," he added.

Seth Rollins is phenomenal talent

The former WWE Superstar, best known for his musical Drifter identity, maintains he has no ill will towards Seth Rollins, despite believing he had a wonderful vision for the role. Elijah stated that his concept was only one of several he submitted to the creative staff before his departure, noting that such ideas are often given to more renowned wrestlers.

Elias noted that higher-paid wrestlers or those in the spotlight typically receive more resources and attention. He emphasized that this was not a criticism of Seth Rollins, whom he praised as a phenomenal talent, but rather an observation of how the system works and the inherent hazards of sharing creative ideas. Seth Rollins was quite successful with the "Monday Night Messiah" persona, which later morphed into his "The Visionary" role.

Eeven though Elijah's initial vision for 'The Monday Night Messiah' pitch at WWE did not come true, he has handled it well. He continues to develop fresh and interesting character concepts, demonstrating his persistence and unwavering enthusiasm for wrestling entertainment.
