WATCH: Drew McIntyre reacts to Sheamus' weight gain on Monday Night Raw

Drew McIntyre took a funny dig at Sheamus' gain of weight in the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. The Scottish warrior has not had the best of times in recent times. With the same upset intensity, Drew came to Monday Night Raw. The crowd welcomed him with 'CM Punk' chants. McIntyre recalled about the past few weeks which have been tough for him.

In WrestleMania XL, Drew won the World Heavyweight Championship belt by beating Seth Rollins. Just 5 minutes after it, Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank Contract and won the title. Drew got distracted by Punk. A night after it on Monday Night Raw, McIntyre was close to winning the fatal 4-way match to compete against Priest for the title. But CM Punk interrupted the match.

Drew yet again expressed his obsession with the cult of personality. It did not go well with Sheamus, a good friend of McIntyre. The Irish wrestler came to the ring and reminded Drew of the good old times when the duo produced banger after banger matches in his own words. He asked McIntyre to get rid of the obsession with Punk. But Drew had reasons to hate Punk.

'Burgers after Burgers' - Drew McIntyre

The Scottish Warrior claimed that when Sheamus was not in action, and when he was not in the locker room, he had to bear the presence of Punk. Drew said that when Sheamus was in the ring with him, there used to be bangers after bangers of matches. But since his return to Monday Night Raw, there have been burgers after burgers, which cracked Sheamus himself. The crowd had a laugh about it as well. 

The former world champion agreed that Drew had him there. He added that Drew could not beat the arse of a handicapped CM Punk. Shinsuke Nakamura later on had the match with Sheamus. After a good match where he seemed to return to his best form, Sheamus claimed an impressive win over Nakamura. McIntyre appreciated Sheamus for the win before leaving.
