The Crown Jewel 2024 has got a stacked match card. After not impressing the fans initially with a pale match card given only the Crown Jewel Championship was on the line, there was not a lot of excitement for it. However, there has been an addition of some other matches which has got the fans excited. Interestingly, most of them are non-title matches.

Only two titles are set to be on the line. In the Men's division, the United States Championship is up for grabs. In the WWE Women's division, a Fatal 4-way match is set to take place between four tag teams to determine the Women's tag team champions. Apart from them, the matches not involving the titles seem to have garnered more attention from the fans.

Men's Division

A total of 5 matches are scheduled to take place from the Men's division. While two of them do not ivolve any sort of titles, one of them has two world champions involved for the Crown Jewel Championship. A 6-man tag team match is set for the Bloodline Civil War which could lead up to the Survivor Series. US title is set to be on the line in a triple threat match.

Cody Rhodes vs Gunther: Crown Jewel Championship

As announced by Triple H at WWE Bad Blood, an annual Crown Jewel Championship is set to take place between the two world champions of the main roster. While Gunther is the world champion of Raw, Cody is the world champion on Smackdown. They will fight for the Crown Jewel Championship in the inaugural edition.

Cody has been a good champion since winning the title at WrestleMania XL. His feud with AJ Styles was good while the ongoing feud with Kevin Owens has been interesting. However, Gunther has been operating on a different level. He is arguably the heel of the year. Given the work he has put in, the Ring General must be able to win it.

Seth Rollins vs Bronson Reed

Bronson Reed attacked Seth Rollins on Raw after Summerslam. As he had a match against Braun Strowman on Raw, Seth interfered leading to their match at Crown Jewel. In the last few months, Reed has got the push of his career. He has got the screen time against some of the best talents on the roster like Strowman and Seth.

There is no doubt that he is not the wrestler he was a few months ago. However, the visionary is a different breed when it comes to higher stakes. He has beaten mighty wrestlers in the past. Given the potential feud between him and Punk, there needs to be a buildup for him. Hence, he should be able to stand tall by the end of the feud.

Randy Orton vs Kevin Owens

This has been an interesting matchup. The lead up to the feud has been brilliant. It started at Bad Blood where Kevin Owens attacked Cody. On Smackdown after the PLE, Owens claimed that it was Cody who attacked him and not the other way around. In no time, Randy was forced to attack Kevin. Later in the night, KO returned the favor.

The Viper forced Nick Aldis and Triple H to give him a match to face Owens. He might be deserate to claim a win in a PLE after losing in all the PLEs since his return at the Survivor Series. It might be a difficult result to predict. However, given how good he has been despite losing a lot, Randy must be able to overcome Owens.

LA Knight vs Andrade vs Carmelo Hayes for the United States Championship

LA Knight was named the guest referee for the 7th and last match of the series between Andrade and Carmelo Hayes. The match ended in disqualification as the US Champion himself took on both Melo and Andrade, breaking rules in the process. Aldis could not help but announce their triple-threat match at Crown Jewel.

All the three of them have put on great work in the last few months. Melo vs Andrade has been an unmissable segment on the blue brand every week. However, Knight has been the most 'over' star on Smackdown for over a year. Given the fact that he has been a champion for not even three months, he must be able to defend the title.

The new Bloodline (Team Solo Sikoa) vs the OG Bloodline (Team Roman Reigns)

It could be the main event of the night with a lot of big stars involved in the match. In the OG Bloodline, there are big stars like Roman Reigns and Jey Uso along with a reinvented Jimmy Uso. On the other hand, the new Bloodline has some emerging stars like Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu along with the Tonga brothers.

As it will be a Bloodline match, one could expect a lot of interruptions. There could possibly be the return of Paul Heyman and The Rock. One could anticipate a potential debut of Zilla Fatu. Sami Zayn might feature in the match. To make the new Bloodline look stronger, the team of Solo might be written for a win.

Women's Division

Only two matches are scheduled to take place at the Crown Jewel 2024 in the women's division. While one of them involves a tag team title and 4 tag teams fighting for it, the other does not involve title on the line. However, the annual Crown Jewel Championship will be on the line. These two matches might have a lot of dynamics.

Nia Jax vs Liv Morgan: Crown Jewel Championship

As announced by Triple H at WWE Bad Blood, an annual Crown Jewel Championship is set to take place between the two world champions of the main roster. While Liv Morgan is the world champion of Raw, Nia is the world champion on Smackdown. They will fight for the Crown Jewel Championship in the inaugural edition.

Liv has got a good support in Raquel Rodriguez since Bad Blood. In addition to it, Dirty Dom might be around the corner. Even after that, Nia would start as the favorite. Tiffany Stratton will be around her, who can change the dynamics of the women's division. She could cash-in her Money in the Bank contract against Nia herself.

Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair vs Kairi Sane and Iyo Sky vs Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson vs Chelsea Green and Piper Niven for the Women's tag team title

The women's tag team match has a stacked set of wrestlers. The defending champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair are huge stars in themsleves. Additionally, there is the Damage Control's team of Kairi Sane and Iyo Sky. One of them was a former tag team champion while the other was the world champion.

Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend have a lot of potential and can upset some of the best talents on the main roster. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven cannot be taken lightly at any cost. This might lead to an unexpected win of the Damage Control. Following the loss, Cargill could turn against Bianca leading to their match at WrestleMania XL.
