Cora Jade exited her match against Jordynne Grace midway due to a serious knee injury on WWE NXT. The star wrestler mouthed to the referee, "My knee. It’s f**ked up," and got his attention. As the referee signalled X, Cora walked out of the match. Roxanne Perez got angry and attacked Grace for injuring Jade and having a smile.

Jade and Jordynne took on each other in a match. It kickstarted well as Grace aimed to claim her first win in a singles match since joining WWE NXT. During one of the spots in the match, Grace was dealing with Jade when the latter experienced discomfort in her movement. The star wrestler mouthed to the referee, "My knee. It’s f**ked up."

The referee understood the problem and signalled X to stop it midway. Additional referees came and looked at how Cora Jade was doing. As the star wrestler expressed her inability to continue, the referees concluded the end of the match. Despite everything Cora went through, Jordynne had a smile on her face.

The referee declared Grace the winner as Jade walked out of her match. Jordynne was happy to celebrate her win despite it coming at the cost of Jade's injury. Fans wondered if it was a work or if Cora indeed got injured. Grace being the face and celebrating her win was suspicious.
Backstage after the match, Grace was attacked by Perez. The Prodigy was unhappy with the fact that her partner got injured and that Grace did not care for her. She blamed Grace for the injury caused to Jade. Jordynne was taken by surprise and had no answers to Perez's attack.
Later in the night, a new match was added to the stacked lineup for WWE NXT at Madison Square Garden next week. Grace and Perez will be facing each other in a match. Fans wished Cora was right if her injury wasn't a work. Updates on her injuries are likely to be provided in the upcoming days.
