Cody Rhodes finally finished his story at the grandest stage. The American Nightmare defeated Roman Reigns in the main event of Night two and won the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship title. In the process, Cody broke the unbeaten streak of the tribal chief which lasted for 1316 days. The match between Cody and Roman was one of the best in recent times.

It's arguably the career-best performance by both of them. The match witnessed a great battle between Cody and Roman. Both of them exchanged blows and executed finishers of the opponents. Roman delivered cross Rhodes and Cody came up with spears on several instances. As the match progressed further, the intensity increased. Neither of them were ready to give up and kicked out multiple times.

As the things seemed to go worse for the Bloodline, Jimmy Uso came to the assistance of Roman. He delivered a super kick. To counter him, Jey Uso appeared. The younger Uso speared Jimmy through the entrance stage. Solo Sikoa then came to the assistance of Roman and executed Samoan Spike. Roman and Solo delivered a spear-spike combo to Cody and the latter still kicked out.

As Solo interrupted, John Cena came to Cody Rhodes' assistance! The pop for it was insane. Cena delivered AA to Roman and took out Solo with an AA through the table. That was when the final boss came to the ring and had enough. He delivered rock bottom to Cena. Just when he took belt to smash Rhodes, lights went off. In came the Undertaker! It was simply insane to say the least.

Three of the top 10 greatest Superstars of All-time were in the arena at the same time. The Undertaker delivered choke slam to The Rock. Cody then delivered a hat-trick of cross Rhodes and successfully pinned Roman. He became the first WWE Superstar to beat Reigns in a singles match since 2020. Cody celebrated his win with the family members and a few Superstars of the current roster.
