At WrestleMania 40 'The Rock' showed and wrestled last time in WWE mega event. The Rock took part in Tag team match and his partner was Roman Reigns. The match was against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins and The Final Boss team appeared victorious. After the match took place, The Rock made a promise to WWE that he would face Cody Rhodes as he said something about his family before the WrestleMania.
Following his appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Cody Rhodes was seen mingling with the audience in the studio when McAfee approached him to pose a question. "It seems like the big guy is returning this week," he remarked.
Cody Rhodes took a few seconds, and asked “is he?” Then, McAfee replied to say, “You tell me.” Then Cody quickly replied to ask, “Which one?” That was a cryptic conversation between two people who are probably in the know, communication on a level without saying everything because they are way more connected than most people on the planet at this point.

In response to this video, a lot of fans said that The Rock will be back at Bad Blood on October 5. Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will be facing each other at The Bloodline, which might pave the path for The Rock to make a major comeback.
Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns to team-up
For the first time since WrestleMania 40, Roman Reigns will go back into the ring on October 5 at Bad Blood, where he will be paired with Cody Rhodes. To take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu of The Bloodline, the two have kind of an uneasy truce despite their intense hatred.
WWE is gearing up for Bad Blood, its next Premium Live Event, with the Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline feud serving as the main attraction. This time, though, Rhodes will be up against both Solo Sikoa, the man who attempted to unseat Roman Reigns as the new Tribal Chief, and Jacob Fatu, his personal enforcer. The Rock may comeback to WWE in one or two months, as per recent news reports, which sparked fan anticipation over his potential attendance at WWE Bad Blood.
