These are the wrestlers who are currently under contract with WWE. However, in Cena's promo, it was mentioned that one could expect wrestlers from other promotions as well, which hinted at wrestlers from TNA and AAA potentially being a part of the tournament. Given the partnership between NXT and TNA, one could expect top TNA stars to be a part of the tournament.

Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy was one of the best WWE Superstars in the late 2000s. The star wrestler was pushed well as a singles star and was even given a world title run. However, due to his addiction to drugs, Hardy's career didn't take off as well as one would have liked.

Over the years, things have changed, and Jeff is at his best even at his age. The veteran is in his TNA contract currently, but has featured on numerous NXT shows and PLEs. One should not be surprised if he shows up in one of the 'Last Time is Now Tournament' qualifying matches.

Matt Cardona

Matt Cardona has been repeatedly referred to by Cena in multiple promos in his retirement tour. The two are good friends in real life and even had a story in the PG Era. Cardona has requested his WWE return numerous times, which hasn't materialized in a main roster appearance.

As a testing scenario, he returned to WWE NXT and was received well by the fans. The 'Last Time is Now Tournament' might be the best way to bring him back to the main roster for a match. If Cena wants to pick his opponent, Cardona could be one of them.

Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry is the most probable TNA star who could be a part of Cena's 'Last Time is Now Tournament'. Right when the retirement tour of the Leader of the Cenation Army was announced, the star wrestler showed interest in being a part of his farewell tour. His wish might come true in the upcoming 'Last Time is Now Tournament'.

Hendry is one of the most 'over' wrestlers across promotions. Hence, he got a chance to feature in the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania. Joe was also a part of WWE's former stories as one of the sidekicks of Rusev. After the end of his current contract with TNA, Hendry could be WWE-bound. Hence, the Stamford-based promotion gave him multiple pushes.
