2024's best matches from WWE and AEW

2024 had some of the best matches in recent times from WWE and AEW. The matches like Drew McIntyre vs CM Punk, Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes, Swerve Strickland vs Bryan Danielson, Will Ospreay vs Bryan Danielson, and Swerve Strickland vs Hangman Page were brilliant. These matches have been rated as the best matches of 2024 from WWE and AEW.

The best match of the year was arguably the one between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk at Bad Blood. It was the finale between Drew and Punk in their feud. Blood was involved in a Hell in a Cell match and both the wrestlers punhced above their weight to deliver a terrific experience for the fans.

Bryan Danielson and Will Ospreay put on a sensational performance at AEW Dynasty. The duo never looked like stopping even after getting tired badly. Bryan had to be taken off the ring through a stretcher as he seemed to be up for the fight till the end of his breath.

The match between Swerve and Bryan for the world title in the main event of AEW 'All In' was another brilliant match. It seemed like Danielson was ready to take all the blows in the world to emerge victorious. He won the match and held on to the title for a few months.

The finale of the feud between Swerve Strickland and Hangman Page was exceptional. It was rough and voilence was at its peak. The hatred between the two was visible the way they used different kind of weapons to hurt each other. It was the best AEW hardcore match of the year and Swerve proved himself as a great performer.
