The Hardcourt season still has some big tournaments lineup and right now the focus will be going into the China Open in Beijing which will feature some big players in the mix. This WTA 500 tournament can give an opportunity to some players to find some form as well. One of the players who has been struggling to find her feet this season is former World number 10 Emma Raducanu who has not been able to win a title or show the same consistency she had shown before.Β 

Emma Raducanu was last seen in the Korea Open where she had to retire from the match due to injury. It is safe to say that it has not been a very iconic season for Raducanu who has had a lot of problems right now. There was still the China Open where she could still prove herself and get back on top of the rankings, however, it turns out the wait for her comeback will still take a long time for the British superstar.

Raducanu withdraws from China Open due to injury

There were some fans who wanted to make the 21-year-old British prodigy get back to business in Beijing and hopefully, the injury was not as serious. Unfortunately, the fans will have to wait longer since Raducanu has officially withdrawn from the upcoming tournament and will not be seen in the China Open. This is once again sad news for Raducanu as it turns out her injury will keep her out for a long time and she will not be able to participate and her season will take another setback.

This news without a doubt has gone viral on social media where the fans have wished her a quick recovery while some think that her career might be coming to an end. These are some big challenges the former World number 10 is going through and we hope that she recovers on time and gets back onto the court and play some of her best tennis once again.
