The season for Grand Slams is currently over with the US Open being complete and we have finally got our winners for this tournament. It was the Italian sensation and World number 1 Jannik Sinner dominating the Men's singles and Aryna Sabalenka taking apart every opponent in the Womens singles. Overall, it has been one of the most greatest tournaments which was full of surprises and a lot of great matches.

This was also one of the most expensive Grand Slam events with players getting a huge prize money to win the tournament and achieve glory. There were some great performances in this tournament and we have enjoyed seeing the young stars also live up to to the tough and resilient standards of a Grand Slam event. Overall it has been a great tournament and we have enjoyed every moment of it this season.

US Open finals witnesses downfall in views

The US Open was one of the most hyped tourmnaments going in to the finals which consisted of top players and some iconic matches. It was great to see the best performers in the tournament in Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka win the trophy as well, but the only problem which the final could not get much of is the viewers across the world. The US Open final could only muster 1.8 million views on channells which was a 31% decline in the mens and a 53% decline in the Womens final. This is also one of the least watched US Open Grand Slam finals since 2020 which is quite shocking with the amount of people it was attracting.

There could be a lot of reasons for this wshich could be the hype behind the legendary Novak Djokovic who was being hyped to win his 25th Grand Slam and Alcaraz being the favorite as well. However seeing both of them along with other favorites bow out of the contest was not a happy sight for the fans. The fact that the finals were mostly one sided victories could also be a major problem. It is safe to say that the ATP and ITF will not be pleased with these numbers at all.
