Take a look at one of the funniest speeches by Belarusian superstar Aryna Sabalenka after her loss to Elena Rybakina in the Brisbane International final at the beginning of the season. The World number 2 and her comments displayed an incredible sense of humor even after a disappointing loss against one of her biggest rivals in the game.
Aryna Sabalenka is currently one of the top players in the WTA scene where she is the current World number 2 and has won 2 Grand Slam titles as well. However, the first tournaments of the season did not end in great fashion where she lost by scores of 6-0 and 6-3 against Elena Rybakina.Β

Sabalenka lightens the mood after loss
There is no doubt it was one of the most disappointing losses for Sabalenka who not only lost in straight sets to Elena Rybakina, but also had a 6-0 loss in the first set, but she still had a way to lighten up her mood after the loss. The Belarusian first thanked Rybakina for giving her the three games to make it look like a fight and also roasted her team after the loss. The best punchline through this speech was when she mentioned the crowd saying, "I wanted you to save your energy for the man's final". This was one of the most hilarious speeches that we have heard from the 3-time Grand Slam winner.
