World number 12 tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas gets a warning of time violation by umpire Fergus Murphy during his round 4 match against Daniil Medvedev in Shanghai. The Greek God argues with the official over this saying he is the most consistent player on this tour.
The season for Stefanos Tsitsipas has not gone to plan at all where he has failed to win a single title and has not been able to get his hands on many titles except for the one in Monte Carlo this season. The Greek God is now officially eliminated from the Shanghai masters as well, where he suffered another disappointing straight loss against Daniil Medvedev bowed out of the competition, and failed to make it to the playoffs.
The time violation saga continues
We have already seen before that many players have suffered through time violation penalizations. Some of them also include Carlos Alcaraz, who was penalized under time violation leading to a huge altercation. It turns out Tsitsipas has become another victim of the automatic clock procedure and went onto have a huge argument with umpire Fergus Murphy saying, "I’m the best about this on tour, the most consistent player about this on tour." When Murphy implied that it is an automatic clock and has no control over it the Greek number 1 replied by saying, "Why are you guys against me so much? The last few months have been terrible. I don’t understand what’s gotten into you.”

There is no doubt that this has been a issue which a lot of tennis players had to adjust to, but through his words, it just looks like Tsitsipas has already been frustrated with the horrible season he has been having and has chosen to take it all out on the chair umpire.
