The star player showcased her best game to make it to the third round, a stage she hasn't reached since 2022. The 27-year-old tennis star is set to face Belinda Bencic in the next game.

In the same vein, Naomi Osaka took a cheeky dig at Karolina Muchova after winning the second round of the 2025 Australian Open. She was asked what this meant to her. For the same, Osaka comes up with a hilarious answer and says that this is the revenge of the US Open.

“It took everything. I felt like I left everything I had on the court. It was so fun to play in front of you guys. Last year was really tough for me. I felt like I could’ve done better. To be back on these courts and playing in front of you guys makes my whole year. I’m glad I’m able to play another round. I don’t know what day it is today, but the day after tomorrow," Naomi Osaka said after reaching the 1st Australian Open R3 since 2022.
