This has been one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world which is played in the honor of the great Rod Laver. Though he is already retired from the game in 2022, this will be a tournament which will excite him a lot. This event is special for Federer because of the legends who will be involved and his past experiences which are nostallgic. This was also the last tournament he played before retiring from the game. Federer has opened up on the experience of sharing a locker room with his rivals in Nadal, Djokovic and Murray and his interactions with Borg who is once again the captain for team Europe.
