Tennis World's current sensations are World number 1 Jannik Sinner and No 3 Carlos Alcaraz. The Italian and the Spaniard are seen as the modern greats after Djokovic, Nadal and Federer. The contest between these two is the most awaited and now it's happening in the China Open finals.

'Ice Cold' Sinner's Reflex Point

As it stands currently Alcaraz and Sinner both are in a tie with 7-6(6), 4-6, 6-6. But in this match, a sensational rally took place between these two players in the second set. Alcaraz started the serve and both were battling hard. At one point Jannik Sinner tripped while stretching for a shot which Alcaraz didn't expect and then he lost concentration giving Sinner a free shot to claim the point.

Sinner is very tough to beat not due to his talent but his mental ability to keep calm during peak moments. In many matches the Italian gave a good fightback after being on the back foot. The Italian has recently won the US Open 2024 grand slam after defeating Taylor Fritz in the finals in straight sets. But for Alcaraz, recent times have not been good as he lost the Olympic Gold medal match against Djokovic and also failed miserably in the US Open 2024.

His only happiness came at the Laver Cup 2024 where he played for Team Europe and helped them to regain the Laver Cup from Team World by defeating Taylor Fritz. Jannik Sinner on the other hand showed his mental toughness and ability to bounce back.

He was recently caught in a controversy for doping which he refused. After investigation and explanation given by Jannik Sinner himself, the federation gave clearance. Carlos Alcaraz vs Jannik Sinner is the most expected match and the biggest match for tennis fans. Both are young, and talented and are considered as the future of Tennis.
