The 2022 Wimbledon Champion has finally added a new fitness coach to her team after parting ways with her former coach, Azuz Simcich. The 25-year-old star has welcomed Aldo Chiari ahead of the clay court season.

After welcoming him into her team, Rybakina was spotted training with her new coach for the clay season after missing the Stuttgart Open 2025. Who is Aldo Chiari?

Aldo Chiari has done a bachelor's in science in sports science and has completed his master's degree in clinical posturology. The well-known coach has over 20 years of experience training the players and Olympic athletes.

Why is Elena Rybakina not playing in the Stuttgart Open 2025?

Meanwhile, the star player has pulled out from the ongoing Stuttgart Open 2025. The defending champion prioritized the Billie Jean King Cup over defending her title in Stuttgart.

"I know that the schedule overall is very packed, and it’s not easy to even schedule Billie Jean King Cup,. But ideally, if we go to one part of the world, it will be nicer to play the same part. Now, for example, the clay court [season] starts and [some have] already played even tournaments on clay. So to come back and play hard, it’s a bit tricky. And ideally, if there is a tournament, it’s better to schedule it closer to where we want to be," Elena Rybakina said.
