The Grand Slam week has begun and we all are looking forward to the matches that are going to be played down the line this season. The Flushing Meadows has already given us some incredible matches that all of us have enjoyed and everyone will be looking forward to it. It is safe to say that the US Open has been a tournament to look forward to so far.

Though we have seen some great matches so far, there are still some matches that all of us will be looking forward to finally seeing World number 3 Carlos Alcaraz in the first round matches. The Spaniard has been one of the in-form players with 2 Grand Slam tournaments already to his name and he will certainly be one of the favourites to win this Grand Slam event as well.

Carlos gets a Spanish proposal

Carlos is still very early into his career as a professional player, but we cannot ignore the fact on how much love he has gotten as a player. The 4-time Grand Slam winner is already one of top players in the game at the age of 21 and there is no surprise to how much love he has been getting by the fans. This was evident during one of his practice sessions where a fan had proposed saying ' I love you' to him in Spanish. This immediately caught the attention of Carlos but all he could do is give a shy smile as his answer.

It is safe to say there is only love being shared for the talented Spaniard just before his first US Open game. The reaction of Alcaraz was clear enough that he was lost for words, but the smile shows how much he appreciates them as well. The fan following for one of the upcoming stars in the game is growing by every minute and this is something Carlos should cherish for the rest of his career.
