WATCH: Anna Kalinskaya looks in great form after long summer break

The hard court season has started and we are finally seeing some of the greatest stars get back to playing tennis after enjoying a long summer break. One of the players are Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya who have been one of the most trending power couples in the tennis world right now. There is a lot of hype for these two great talents to get back on the court and give some great performances as well.

Anna Kalinskaya who is curently a number 10 seed in the National bank Open in Canada has started her hard court season with an impressive win over Louisa Chirico where she beat the American in straight sets with scores of 6-2 and 6-3. This was a start that we needed to see from the World number 17 who ihas finally made it back to the court after a long time.

Anna looking in fanatastic form

There was a long break taken by Anna after her heartbreaking end in Wimbledon where she had to walkout of the match due to her wrist injury. This was followed by a summer break which she enjoyed with boyfriend and World number one Jannik Sinner and a withdrawal from the Washington Open as she was not fully recovered from her injury. However she has finally made her comebcak in the National bank Open with a win and it is safe to say that she is looking in great form. Anna was moving flawlessly on the court and we could see it in her first game as well. That two handed backhand winner was also looking great from a closer angle as well.

It is safe to say that Anna is back to business in the hard court season and she will be looking to continue her great form. There is still a lot of games left for her in this season and we all are hoping that young Russian keeps giving us performances like this. This certainly does not look like a player who has had a long break and has just recovered from injury. It is good to see her looking fit and finer as always.
