Tennis star Daniil Medvedev seems happy to entertain his fans on the court but has drawn the line at the kind of 24/7 access that four-time Grand Slam winner Carlos Alcaraz has to create his Netflix documentary. The Russian star was recently asked about his stance on some documentary that will be made about him and his life.
The star player revealed that he is not interested if some documentary will be made about him, as his wife and kids need him to answer the questions for the media. The Russian stated that he loved to have his own time and personal space. In addition, the 29-year-old ATP star said that he does not like being surrounded by the cameras all day by giving the classic example of the Carlos Alcaraz documentary.
"I would go crazy if they made a documentary about me because they always want a little more than what you've allowed. They want to film your kids and your wife, ask them questions, and know more about your personal life. I know fans want to know everything about me, but there's a need to maintain some personal space. So, no, I don't think I'll ever make a documentary about myself, but never say never. I saw how they made Alcaraz's documentary, and honestly, you are surrounded by cameras all day. That's not something I like; it's not for me," Daniil Medvedev said.
