Thanasi Kokkinakis hints breakup with his girlfriend Hannah Dal Sasso

Thanasi Kokkinakis and his girlfriend Hannah Dal Sasso have hinted at a potential breakup. The duo have unfollowed each other on Instagram sparking the rumors of separation. After spending their life together for over one and a half years, it looks like the star couple is set to part ways. It seems like the long distance relationship has not worked out well for the duo.

The duo met each other for the first time in the Melbourne Grid in march 2023. Hannah is known for running a designer cloth hire company styled by Mim. Sasso announced that she and Thanasi were spending a bit of time with each other. Earlier this May, she expressed to not be called WAG of professional athletes.

Thanasi being known for his tight schedules stays most of his period away from Sasso. It might have played a role in Hannah not willing to invest time in their relationship. In an interview, she spoke about not being termed as a mere girlfriend of a Tennis players like they do in Football.

"I know in footy there are so many girlfriends and they get called WAGs, but in Tennis, there aren’t many and you never really see someone called that. I like having my own name and not being someone else’s partner," said Dal Sasso in an interview.

In one of the interviews, she explained the challenges that come with long-distance relationship. She claimed to be missing Thanasi Kokkinakis just a few weeks after he left for a tour. Dal Sasso claimed Thanasi to be dedicated to Tennis. She said the emerging player was putting everything into it.

"We just had a nice month together and I already miss him – long distance is really hard. Thanasi Kokkinakis is really dedicated to his Tennis and he’s putting everything into it and I’m so proud of him," added Hannah who was proud of Thanasi. While they have unfollowed each other on Instagram, it is not yet confirmed if they have separated.
