Tennis legend Rafael Nadal has recently opened up about his upcoming participation in the French Open 2024. Notably, the star player was last seen in Barcelona, where he was beaten in the second round against Alex de Minaur. However, Nadal has also talked about his stint and how much he is hopeful about his participation in the French Open.

Notably, the tennis star reveals that he wants to give everything to the French Open after his clay return ended against Alex de Minaur, as he went on to suffer a defeat in the second round of the Barcelona Open 2024. The 37-year-old had played his first clay since he sustained the injuries after winning the French Open back in 2022.

"On a personal level, for what is to come, the 6-1 in the second set is what had to happen today. It wasn't today that I had to give everything and die, I have to give myself the chance to do that in a few weeks, or at least try to. I will try to take a step further in Madrid, then another one in Rome and, in Paris..there is the moment to do it, whatever happens, there is no better place to," Rafael Nadal said.
