The Serbian tennis World is in tears as the former coach of the legendary Novak Djokovic and Serbian team Jovan Lilic has passed away today at the age of 60. The World of tennis will miss the man and the Serbian tennis fraternity will miss the man who has been behind him during some of their greatest moments in the game of tennis which will always be remembered by everyone.
We all know and adore the career of Novak Djokovic who has won everything in the game right from Grand Slams to the Olympic gold medal. However, we can also not forget the people who were behind the Serbian during his time on the court this season as well. Jovan Lilic was one of the first few coaches who not only helped to develop him but also tennis in the country of Serbia as well which has grown rapidly throughout the years.

The accomplishments of Jovan Lilic
Jovan Lilic is one of the biggest names in Serbian tennis who we should all celebrate as a human being and what he has done for the game. Lilic might have not been very big as a player but we have to appreciate what he has done for the game and the Serbian tennis federation as a coach.
Lilic was not only behind Novak Djokovic but also the Serbian team as well he coached the Serbian team to their first-ever Davis Cup in 2010 and also the Olympic team in 2008 Beijing which was also the time Djokovic became the first Serbian to win an Olympic medal.
This is one of the saddest news for Serbian tennis and Novak Djokovic who have just lost a man who has helped them achieve big milestones and stood with them throughout. We all hope that Lilic's efforts won't be forgotten by the entire World at all.
