Tennis sensation Emma Raducanu seems to be having a bit of fun during her practice session ahead of the Strasbourg Open. Her recent Instagram story has showcased that she took matters into her own hands and watered the court ahead of her practice session. The star player is set to face world number 15 Daria Kasatkina in the opening round thriller slated to take place on May 19th.

The British star heads to the forthcoming WTA 250 event after making it to the fourth round of the Italian Open 2025. However, the Rome finalist Coco Gauff has defeated her. Meanwhile, she also made it to the quarterfinal round of the Mutua Madrid Open 2025 earlier in March.

Emma Raducanu talks about her positive mindset in Italian Open

The 2021 US Open star is set to compete for the Strasbourg Open to fine-tune her clay court skills ahead of the French Open 2025, slated to take place in the last week of May. The star player has talked about her positive mindset after she suffered an Italian Open defeat against Coco Gauff.

She stated that she has been trying to be the best version. She talked about dealing with hard days, but also took positives from her low days. The 22-year-old tennis star aims to believe in enjoying herself on the court to take learning ahead of the second Grand Slam of the year.

“I just know that every day, I am trying to be the best version of myself. I am trying to win the day, and I have gotten back to that. I didn’t win on the match court today, but I am going to find a way to win the day, still today. But yeah, it was a tough one in the office. I just have to take a lot of positives. I am getting out more, I am enjoying myself,” Raducanu told Sky Sports.
