Nick Kyrgios suffered an exit in the opening round of the Australian Open 2025. Thereafter, he missed the Qatar 2025 due to injuries and later withdrew from the Paribas Open at the Indian Wells 2025 in his opening round match. However, Kyrgios finally registered his first win in the Miami Open, where he defeated Mackenzie in the epic three-setter of the opening round.
However, he lost his second-round match to Karen Khachanov in the Miami Open and hasn't been a part of the Monte Carlo Masters, Barcelona Open 2025, or the ongoing Mutua Madrid Open 2025 of the clay swings. However, Kyrgios is now set to mark his presence in the second Grand Slam of the year, as stated by him in his Instagram stories.
The Canberra-born star took to social media to announce that he is getting ready for his next tour in Paris. The fans expressed happiness after the video went viral, where he thanked his fans for their lovely birthday wishes, revealing that he is making an appearance at the French Open 2025.
"Just getting into training and getting ready to head to Paris in about three weeks. I just want to say I appreciate all the birthday messages ... it’s almost been impossible to get back to every single one of you, but I really appreciate the love and the support from all my fans, family and friends. I really felt the love, the big three-zero. Time’s moving. I definitely felt special," Kyrgios said.
