There have been a lot of great tennis players who have performed incredibly this season and we have enjoyed their great performances as well. The same cannot be said about Greek superstar Stefanos Tsitsipas who has once again had an underwhelming season which he will not want to remember at all this season. All Tsitsipas has is one ATP title this season which he won in Monte Carlo from there it has been only disappointing performances so far.

The last match Stefanos Tsitsipas played was in Montreal where he lost in straight sets to the unseeded Kei Nishikori in the second round. This was not all as after the abysmal performance the Former World Number 3 had launched an outburst on his father and coach Apostolos Tsitsipas where he straight away said that he is disappointed in how he has been handling his camp so far. This news has further caused a lot of waves and it is safe to say that the Greek God did not seem happy at all in the statement he gave.

Tsitsipas sacks his father

We all knew that the statement by Tsitsipas was going to cause a lot of drama, but the reports we have got about the Greek God right have made the fans on social media even crazier. It turns out Tsitsipas has officially sacked his father as his coach. This news has already become viral and has caused even more drama than before. The Greek has not had the best of seasons and it turns out we will not see Apostolos on the sidelined training his son any more.

This might have come as a shock to everyone but we have to agree that it has not been the best of seasons for the Greek superstar at all. Though we did not expect the change to come so quickly it looks like his camp has already started making tough decisions going forward. The big mystery will now be who will be coaching the Greek God going forward and there can be some great people in the lineup as well. The upcoming plans of the World Number 11 will be something to look forward to going forward.
