"I mean, she understands, the best thing is she understands sports, which is great. She understands how difficult it is to be a professional athlete and that there are a lot of sacrifices. She’s an amazing partner to have, and I’m very lucky to have someone who just understands it and always is trying to be there and just always being there is probably the biggest key," Korda said.

The American sensation has defeated legendary player Gael Monfils in the pre-quarterfinals with a scoreline of 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 in an epic three-setter clash. Korda had a great start to the game, smashing blistering forehand and backhand volleys to take an early lead in the game.
