Madrid Open finals: Aryna Sabalenka vs Iga Swiatek head to head preview

The Madrid Open finals will be beginning tomorrow at the Manolo Santana of the Women's singles category. It has really been a dramatic tournament in this encounter involving some big players in the Spanish capital. It has really been a great tournament for the WTA players who have played some of their best tennis in this edition and it will finally be the time where we get to see who will be the champion in the upcoming game.

It was Sabalenka who got the better of Iga Swiatek in this tournament last year which the Polish will be looking for redemption in this upcoming match and as for Sabalenka she is not only looking for her third title, but also looking to defend her Madrid crown as well. This will be her first ATP title this season  which will give her confidence going forward. As for the head-to head battle between the two it has been Swiatek who has been victorious six times in the 9 matches played between the two. The last time these two faced each other was in the WTA semi finals where Swiatek won the encounter last year.

In another way this will be a redemption arc for Sabalenka as well who will want to get a win over the world number 1 ranked player right now. This is the most anticipated final match between the best players in the world and the fans will be supporting their favourites on the day.
