WTA World number 2 Iga Swiatek shares a lovely post on her Instagram which features some great moments with King of Clay Rafael Nadal. This was a great gesture by the 5-time Grand Slam Champion who is paying tribute after the Spanish legend has officially retired from the game of tennis after Davis Cup Finals.

The day finally came yesterday when the 22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal retired from the game of tennis after 23 years. This was one of the most emotional moments for the legend where he finally says goodbye to the game in Malaga. It is hard to forget the legacy left behind by one of the greatest players of all time.

Swiatek shares all her favorite Nadal moments

Other than Alcaraz another big fan of Nadal is WTA World number 2 and 5-time Grand Slam winner Iga Swiatek which the Polish superstar has revealed in the past. Swiatek also recently shared a heartfelt post featuring the King Of Clay which shows all the great moments she had with Nadal. Swiatek posted the interactions and practice sessions with Nadal along with some other iconic moments. This is a fantastic gesture from Swiatek who will also without a doubt miss one of her biggest idols in the game.

There is no doubt that Iga has shown a lot of emotion through this post and the people still cannot believe that the era of Nadal has finally come to an end. All we can say to the people who miss the legendary Spaniard is just to be happy that it happened and not to be sad because it has ended.
