Tennis legend Novak Djokovic's wife, Jelena, has recently shared some images of the Serbian star making use of his time off to help underprivileged children in Serbia. The star player's foundation has recently collaborated with his sportswear sponsor to provide small children access to the basketball and tennis courts to take the game to the epitome of the level.
The 24-time Grand Slam winner and his wife have been working to provide the kids of Belgrade with educational and recreational opportunities to help the kids of their nation have a brighter future. They founded this organization in 2007 and have helped over 55,000 people all over the nation.
Notably, Jelena Djokovic has been a driving force for the Serbian legend. She took to Instagram and shared many clips and videos of the 37-year-old tennis legend at the inaugural event with many personalities. The fans were ecstatic after witnessing such a side of the Serbian ace, who has been melting fans' hearts off the court as well.
Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic's wife has not only been his guiding force in the organizations but also in his tennis career as well. The Serbian's wife has always been seen cheering for him in the stands on the ATP tours with their two kids. She was seen showcasing pride in her husband and called him a 'people champion.'
“I like to see him as a champion of the common people, not of the rich. He is a simple man who comes from a simple, hard-working and dreamy family and traveling around the world I have seen many people who are inspired by his story because they are similar to him. When you walk down the street you realize that everyone stops him, this is something that gives him a lot of strength and energy to move forward and even though he has already achieved everything, I think his best victory is being the people's champion," Jelena said.
