Iga Swiatek shares wonderful moment on court with 'Friends' actress Courteney Cox ahead of French Open 2024

World number one tennis star Iga Swiatek took to the court to hit with actress Courteney Cox in Paris. Notably, the Polish star is preparing for the French Open 2024, which is slated to commence on May 26. The great player recently won the Mutua Madrid Open 2024 before winning the Rome Masters.

However, Iga Swiatek was spotted with her Roland Garros kit for the first time during her hitting session with Monica Geller in the  'Friends' web series. Notably, the tennis fraternity came up with a variety of reactions after they witnessed Iga Swiatek playing with Cox ahead of the French Open 2024. She recalled the Friends episode that featured playing doubles with Chandler Bing against Bing's boss and his wife.

Fans saw Courtney Cox perform admirably against the Italian Open winner in this video. Fans were actually drawn to Cox's incredible forehand and backhand strokes when she faced the number-one tennis player in theWTA rankings. The Friends actor surprised Swiatek with a brilliant volley before the clip came to a close.

Swiatek's love for the well-known American series was made clear during the US Open the previous year, as she stated that she watched the show to relax. A famous scene featuring Mathew Perry and Monica Geller playing tennis against Chandler Bing's boss and his wife was recalled by many fans when they both battled against each other ahead of the French Open 2024. 

“I really just wanted to focus on myself and I knew that it was going to be a little bit harder for me to focus because she’s my best friend, I was actually more focused than usual, Oh, my God, favourite episode. No, I don’t have the exact one. I don’t even have one favourite character, because it’s impossible to choose, When I first watched, my favourite character was Phoebe, then it was Monica. I’m not sure even now. Yeah, I love the show. And Kaja loves it as well actually. We used to watch it together,” said Swiatek.
