The 37-year-old is determined to end his dry spell in 2024, where he is yet to clinch a major title for the first time since his injury-ridden campaign in 2017.

World No. 1 Jannik Sinner has taken the tennis world by storm, recently claiming his first Grand Slam title at Melbourne Park by defeating Novak Djokovic. The 23-year-old Italian showcased his talent once again in October, winning against Djokovic in the Shanghai Masters final.

With the retirement of Roger Federer, Andy Murray, and Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic stands as the sole survivor from his generation, determined of pursuing the crown. Former Wimbledon and U.S. Open Champion Andy Murray is now part of Djokovic's coaching team as he aims to secure a remarkable 11th Australian Open title when the season's first major tournament kicks off on January 12.

“All of them will be the main candidates to win the Slams and other titles. However, physically and mentally I am ready to play my tennis again and I have the feeling that I can challenge these guys, my experience can come in handy.” Novak said.

“So next year I will play more tournaments and the Grand Slams will be my priority. I will give my best to win, of course if my body allows me to,” Novak added.
