Daniil Medvedev achieves feat of qualifying for every ATP Masters 1000 tournament playoffs in 2024

There are plenty of talented players in this season's ATP tour that we have witnessed. These players have established themselves in every ATP tournament including the Masters 1000. These tournaments are the toughest in Tennis just after the Grand Slams. Winning these tournaments will easily give the players a rise in the rankings going forward. We have seen a lot of great players in the mix this season so far.

One of these players is Russian current world number 4 Daniil Medvedev. The 28-year-old tennis sensation has been one of the upcoming talents to watch out for in the last few years. Medvedev came onto the professional scene in 2015 and found grand slam glory in the 2021 US Open where he beat the likes of Novak Djokovic. From there he is now one of the most competitive players in the scene known for his counterpunching and court coverage.

Medvedev achieves another big feat

Medvedev has been having another great season when it comes to wins. He started the season by making it to the Australian Open finals and from there has continuously featured in the playoffs. After beating Alexander Bublik in the fourth round of the Madrid Open he has made it to the final 8 again. With this, Medvedev becomes the player to qualify for every ATP 1000 Masters this 2024 season. He is now the tenth player to manage to achieve this in a list which also includes legends like Rafael Nadal and Djokovic.

With this Medvedev is now a player who is now considered one of the best. It will be great to see what the Russians will have in store in the tournaments coming up. This might be a solid achievement for the former US Open champion, but he will still want to look forward to winning a title as well. Medvedev will be starting it off by winning his next game against Jiri Lehecka in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
