Tennis sensation Daniil Medvedev has crashed out of the French Open 2025. The Russian star has suffered a major setback against Cameron Norrie. The star player was in red-hot form and showcased stellar performance in the recently concluded Monte Carlo Masters, Mutua Madrid Open, and Italian Open, but his unexpected loss at Roland Garros has disappointed his fans.
Norrie had a great start to the game as he smacked breathtaking shots and took the lead after winning the first set of the game. He continued his stellar form in the next set and won the second. He was just one set away from storming into the next round. Surprisingly, he failed to replicate his success in the next sets and allowed Medvedev to win the third and fourth sets to take the decider.

“There wasn't a lot on my mind on match point. It was a crazy match. Unreal. I deserve a diploma for beating Medvedev after losing to him four times,” Norrie said after the match as per the Guardian.
