One of the most iconic youngsters in the game is 21-year-old Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz. The World number 2 has been one of the best players in the world right now and has been growing from strength to strength.

Carlos Alcaraz might not have had the most consistent Clay season missing out on most of the games due to an injury, but came back in the Roland Garros and won the title as well. This was one of the best performances from the 3-time Grand Slam champion where he beat the best players on the card and fulfilled his long-awaited childhood dream of winning the major championship in Paris this season.

Alcaraz gets signed by Nike

Alcaraz is currently termed the next big thing in tennis and there is no surprise since he has been in the form of his life even today as he beat Alexander Zverev in a 5-set thriller of a final. With this much success, there will also be some brands chasing the World number 2 for a big deal. This is where one of the most popular brands in sports known as Nike came into the mix. The company offered him a deal of $160M where he will also be getting his own logo and will be represented by the brand. 

This is the same deal that was offered to Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, who was offered the lucrative deal at the age of 25 and 27. This shows the growing success of Alcaraz as well who has got the deal at the age of just 21 and still has a long career ahead of him. These are big moves being made by the young Spanish sensation and this is a great deal to get very early into his career.
