Serbian legend and 24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic's withdrawal from the Rolex Paris Masters can cause a lot of problems for his qualification in the ATP finals. Is it still, possible for him to beat the odds and play yet another ATP finals or is this season going to be a rare titleless season for the World number 4 in 2024?

There is no doubt the year 2024 season has seen the end of a lot of great careers, the only legendary figure who is currently active professionally is Novak Djokovic who is still among the top-ranked players in the game. This might have not been one of the most dominant seasons for Djokovic but he has still played some great tennis. However, his recent withdrawal from the Paris Masters can cause some problems for his qualification in the ATP finals.

Could Djokernole still qualify for the finals?

Novak Djokovic's withdrawal from the Paris Masters has changed the game for him since he will drop some big points and has chosen not to defend his title as well. This will also allow players like Daniil Medvedev and Taylor Fritz along with the other few players below them.

This will make the Paris Masters even more competitive since there are only three players who have qualified for the finals right now.  In other words, this could be one of the rare moments where we might not get to see Djokovic make the finals.

Though this has put Djokovic's chances to qualify a bit tough he still might make it and still try to end the title drought which he has been facing this entire season. The 37-year-old will want to make an impact right at the end of the season and the ATP Finals in Turin will be the perfect event for that where he can defend the title and still be among the top-ranked players at the end of the season.
