Jannik Sinner faced significant challenges in the fourth round of 2025 Australian Open

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old tennis star faced significant challenges during this game as he appeared to be battling an illness and visibly shaking during a break in the play in the third set of the game, raising big concerns about his health condition. In the third set of the game, the star player continued delivering sensational performances but showed concerning signs regarding his health. At 2-1 up, Sinner was spotted visibly extremely distressed and ill on his bench with a towel over his face and trembling both hands. He was later spotted having a conversation with his team and medical staff.

Notably, Jannik Sinner had a stellar 2024 year as he won the Australian Open and US Open that year. The Italian poses a great chance to defend his Australian Open title this year and to maintain his top ATP rankings after his blistering performances at Melbourne Park, which makes him a strong contender to head to win the title this time as well. However, his health in the showpiece events has now raised some big questions.
