World number 1 Jannik Sinner put in the work during his first practice session in Shanghai after his heartbreaking loss to Carlos Alcaraz in the China Open final. The Italian sensation will hope to bring out his best game once again and prove why he is the best player this season and win his 3rd ATP 1000 title and 7th title overall this year.

The year 2024 has been the era of Jannik Sinner, who has no doubt been the best player of the season and is already regarded as one of the next big thing in tennis.

The Italian sensation has a record of 59-6 this season keeping his win rate of over 90%. However the last match he had suffered a heartbreaking defeat against Carlos Alcaraz who is also one of his biggest rivals in the game as well. He will be next seen in the Shanghai masters where he will be up against the best players in the world once again.

Sinner putting in the work

The China Open final loss was still a tough loss for Sinner as he was actually in a great position to win the match and defend his crown at Beijing. However it is great to see that Sinner in his first practice session at Shanghai as he was putting in the work with some explosive forehands during practice. The 23-year-old Italian Stallion is putting in the work hoping to make a comeback after the loss against the Spaniard.

There is no doubt that Sinner has been one of the most dominant players this season, but coming back from a final like that will be a challenge for him and it was great to see that there are also fans at Shanghai backing him during practice as well.
