Alexander Zverev makes it to the Miami Open Semi Final, leads to some big achievements

With the greats like Roger Federer retired and Rafael Nadal in probably the final phase of his career, there is a need for some young and upcoming talent in the world of Tennis. The 26-year-old German talent has already cracked the top 5 in the ATP rankings. Zverev has impressed everyone with his powerful forehand shots in his career already. With 5 Semi finals and 1 final grand slam appearance, he is currently a star to look out for. Zverev is also known for beating some world-class Tennis players in his career which include the likes of world number 1 Novak Djokovic.

Zverev joins the elites

Alexander Zverev is playing the Miami Open where he has reached the semi-finals after defeating Hungarian Tennis player Fabian Marsozan in the Quarterfinals beating him in straight sets. Alexander Zverev has now reached his 17th ATP Masters 1000 semi-final. This puts him in one of the elite lists where he made it into the top three most ATP Masters 1000 semi-finals played. The players who are above Zverev in this list are Tennis greats Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. Zverev will now be set to play either Grigor Dimitrov or Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-final.

Zverev has not won a single grand slam in his career right now, but looking at his game, he clearly has a really bright future ahead of him. Zverev is currently ranked number 5 in the ATP rankings and he will want to improve every game. He is right now one of the most underrated players in the world right now. It will be interesting to see how Zverev stands up to his next upcoming matches and finally achieve the success he deserves.
