Tennis star Katie Boulter announced her engagement to fellow tennis star Alex de Minaur on December 23 on Instagram. The couple has been together for almost five years and has made an appearance during the mixed doubles in Wimbledon. Ahead of their tournament the United Cup 2025, is slated to commence in 2025, Katie Boulter took to social media to show off her ring in a collaboration post with De Minaur.

The two star tennis players announced the news on Monday, sharing a recent Instagram post. The pair posed together, as the British star draped her arm around her partner De Minaur to show off her finger. The tennis fraternity, fans, colleagues, and rivals flooded the comments with well-wishes. Both of them have been dating each other since 2020 and have since both enjoyed rises up in the tennis ranks.

'I've been working so hard...'

Meanwhile, Katie Boulter has recently reflected on her season targets for the 2025 year and how her partner Alex de Minaur always pushes her to work hard to take the game at the pinnacle of the level. The 28-year-old ended her edition with a semifinal run at the WTA 500 in Tokyo, followed by a runner-up finish in Hong Kong, which marks her third tour-level final of the edition.

"A pivotal point for me was knowing I could get through a full season and the work that I've been putting in has been paying off. I've been working so hard on a daily basis to put myself in that position and for it to actually come through and not have any injuries, I think that's full credit to my team. They've been pushing me past my points for a very long time now and it's starting to show now," said Boulter.
