Magomed Ankalaev overcame Alex Pereira in a shocking result to become the new Light Heavyweight Champion at UFC 313. The result did not go over well with the fans, and the decision-making of the judges was questioned. Fans brutally took a dig at the judges and claimed them to be pedophiles. They took a dig at Ankalaev and used vulgar words against him.

Magomed had a historic night as he became the third fighter from Dagestan to become a UFC champion. Mike Bell, Derek Cleary, and Sal D'Amato gave a unanimous decision in favor of Ankalaev. In the first round, all three judges gave a 10-9 decision in favour of Alex. In the second round, all three judges gave a 10-9 decision in favor of Magomed.

It was the same in the third and the fourth rounds as well. In the fifth round, Bell and Cleary were in favor of Pereira and gave him a 10-9 lead. But D'Amato was in favor of Magomed with a lead of 10-9, which helped the Dagestani fighter to become the new champion.

The judging of all the judges was questioned by the fans on social media. One of the fans termed it to be absolute cowardice in the highest level of the sport. The fan used harsh words and personally attacked Magomed. Many other fans were unhappy with the decision-making of the judges and claimed they were biased towards Ankalaev.

"Rewarding absolute cowardice in the highest level of the sport as we know it. Dumb ugly, inbred, cousin fucking, child marrying, freak, goblin, giant hideous creature," claimed a fan. Even Pereira was disappointed with judging after the bout and felt Magomed was not the deserving winner.

The star fighter claimed his opponent put him against the cage and did nearly nothing. "He put me up against the cage, he didn't do anything," said Pereira. Many were unhappy with Magomed's win and regarded his reign as the Light Heavyweight Champion to be not so promising.
