WATCH: Zaria spoils Fallon Henley's celebration of the NXT Women's North American Title

WWE delivered on their promise when they brought this year's Halloween Havoc to the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. With a night full of memorable matches, the NXT brand maintained its stellar reputation. The NXT Women's North American Title fight was particularly intense.

The NXT Women's North American Championship Spinner's Choice Match, in which defending champion Kelani Jordan squared off against Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, or Jazmyn Nyx, was one of the night's highlights. Kelani was unsure of which Pure Fusion Collective member she would be facing, so this unusual match type gave an intriguing twist.

PFC declared that their dealer's choice contest will be a gauntlet match during the Halloween Havoc inaugural show. Accordingly, Kelani had to defeat Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley to keep her championship. She didn't even prepare for that match.

Fallon Henley to seal the victory

Despite the overwhelming odds against her, Kelani Jordan quickly defeated two-thirds of PFC. Jordan and Fallon Henley were given a little more time to have a good match as a result, but Kelani continued to sell the techniques as if she was worn out from her little time in the ring. Kelani Jordan then received a powerful knee from Fallon Henley to seal the victory. As the first-ever NXT Women's North American Champion, Kelani Jordan represented a significant championship shift. The title now belongs to Pure Fusion Collective, who are the new holders.

Following the conclusion of the event, Fallon Henley took the microphone and began cutting a promotional clip in which she proclaimed, "Statement Made." The lights then went out, and Zaria entered for the second time that evening. This time, she appeared directly in the center of the ring and eliminated the heel group. The Australian superstar Zaria signed the NXT Women's North American Title, thus this was quite a statement.
