Mariah May wants to get into a fight with Toni Storm before the AEW Revolution. At the Queen of the Ring event, the AEW Women's World Title contender fought Storm in front of the cameras while crashing the red carpet. A video of Toni Storm's reaction and a portion of the commotion were shared.
"My moment was ruined by Mariah!" After the ambush, Toni Storm was heard yelling, obviously incensed. May, who had previously spat in Storm's face during their last Dynamite encounter, was calculating in her red carpet attack. May promised to bring Storm "to hell" after telling her she was "nothing without me." Retaliating that May didn't "deserve the dignity of death" and would be trapped in mediocrity forever, Storm didn't back down.

After defeating Mariah May, Timeless Toni Storm became the fourth AEW Women's Champion. Cradling the Champion, Storm counted a May Day try and won the championship, and three counted.
